Sustainability strategy

We manage the impact of our activity responsibly to create a fairer society and a more sustainable environment.
We want the impact of our activity to have a positive impact on clients, employees, the community, the environment and society as a whole. To do this, we have undertaken practices committed to everything we believe in.
We have created internal protocols that allow us to address the industrial projects requested by our clients in line with the principles of transparency, safety and truthfulness. We want to be better and we want all the people who, in one way or another, are part of our projects to be better too.

The Environment

 

We carry out our activities in an environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, maintaining a firm commitment to the maintenance and sustainable use of resources.
We establish appropriate management systems to achieve excellence based on continuous improvement, the efficient and rational use of resources, the minimisation of the waste generated, all aimed at preventing pollution and guaranteeing compliance with environmental legislation.
We also extend this environmental commitment to our suppliers, from whom we demand these same principles, in accordance with the mission, vision and values that go to make up the behavioural principles of our company.
The assessment of the environmental risks of our activity and the certification of the Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001, help ensure excellence in our environmental management, integrated and aligned with our corporate strategy.

Human rights

We understand the impact that our professional activity has on society and the potential that our initiatives can have to its benefit.

We collaborate with solidarity, sports and health promotion projects, inter alia, and we promote activities at a corporate level in this respect.

We recognise the role of companies as agents of change that must respect human rights and all applicable laws. We defend the international regulatory framework and ensure human rights, with the desire to make clear our respect and commitment to:

Equality

 

We adopt relevant measures to ensure gender equality in our company, in addition to the incorporation of the Equality Plan.

We collaborate with the newspapers El Comercio-La Voz de Avilés on the 'Futuro en Femenino' Project, an initiative that aims to educate young people about equality and afford visibility to the importance of the role of women in companies, institutions and society. We show equality policies and measures so that these future generations take on board how important respect and equality are
